This is a short comic that features a young boy in a crime comic. The boy is believed to have inherited a million dollars and as such he finds himself being bled by a group of thugs that is taking blood from rich people in town. Skipper (the boy) is presented as a wide-eyed innocent child who actually appears quite excited about the fact that he was part of a crime story.
